About Our Products:
We exclusively use 100% genuine, full-grain cow leather. It's the highest quality available, known for its durability and beautiful aging process.
Yes, every single one of our products is meticulously designed and handcrafted by our team of skilled artisans in our own workshop.
Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique grain and slight variations in texture. This makes every item one-of-a-kind and is a sign of true, genuine leather.
To keep your leather goods looking great, avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight. You can gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper conditioning, a quality leather cream is recommended.
Currently, we do not offer custom design services. However, we are always expanding our collection, so be sure to check back for new styles!
Ordering & Payment:
We accept a variety of payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Debit/Credit Cards via SSLCOMMERZ, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Absolutely. Our website is secured with SSL encryption, and all card payments are processed through SSLCOMMERZ, a secure and trusted payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at +880 1712-013648. We can only make changes before the order has been shipped.
You can apply your coupon code in the "Coupon Code" box on the Cart or Checkout page and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your total.
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to easily track your orders and view your purchase history.
Shipping & Delivery:
Our standard delivery charges are:
Inside Dhaka Metro: ৳ 50.00
Outside Dhaka Metro: ৳ 100.00
Typically, deliveries inside Dhaka take 2-3 business days, and deliveries outside Dhaka take 3-5 business days after your order has been confirmed.
At the moment, we only ship within Bangladesh.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information, if available from the courier service.
The courier will usually attempt to contact you by phone. If they are unable to reach you, they will typically make another delivery attempt the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges:
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy Page for full details.
Simply contact our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will guide you through the process.
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. However, we can offer an exchange for a different product or size, subject to availability.
If the mistake is ours (defective/wrong product), we will cover all shipping costs. For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the delivery charges.
Exchanges are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to complete.
