  • Dispatch Time: Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
  • Standard Delivery Time:
    • Inside Dhaka Metro: You can expect your delivery within 2-3 business days.
    • Outside Dhaka Metro: Deliveries typically take 3-5 business days.
  • Delivery Charges:
    • For delivery inside Dhaka, the charge is [50 BDT].
    • For delivery outside Dhaka, the charge is [100 BDT].
  • Order Refusal: If you refuse to accept an order at the time of delivery without a valid reason, the applicable delivery charge must be paid to the courier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Returns policy

  • 7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

  • Size Exchanges: We are happy to assist with size exchanges within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Please note that exchange delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
