Parrot Leather Crafts is an e-commerce company that designs, manufactures, and sells premium leather goods. Our product range includes, but is not limited to, wallets, card holders, passport holders, ladies’ and men’s shoes (both casual and formal), various bags (laptop, office, and ladies’), and belts. All our products are crafted from 100% genuine cow leather.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

3. Products and Information

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. As leather is a natural material, slight variations in color and texture are to be expected and are not considered defects.

4. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All payments shall be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5. Shipping and Delivery

We will arrange for the shipment of the products to you. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location (e.g., Inside Dhaka Metro, Outside Dhaka Metro) and will be displayed at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for more detailed information.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may be eligible to return it for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
